When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, Europe, and United States.

Shipping Rates:

Free standard shipping on orders $40 or more (excluding taxes) within the US

$4.95 (First Class) **4-5 business days for US Shipping

International shipping prices vary by country and start at $9.95.

**Delivery is 7-21 business days for international. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

** Please note shipping time is an estimate not guaranteed. Time frame is calculated from the day the order is shipped.

International Customer – Import Tax & Duty Fees

** Please note that any import duties or other customs related taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. CliqOnU is not responsible for these charges.

My order marked as “Delivered”, but I did not receive it?

USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. If this is the case, your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package. Or contact us at: love@cliqonu.com for further assistance.

Do you accept returns?

We want our customers to be healthy and happy. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept opened packages. However, we will be glad to accept a return or exchange for unopened items within 30 days of delivery (Shipping will not be refunded). Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you want to return an item, just let us know by emailing us: love@cliqonu.com. Please include a copy of your shipping confirmation with your reason for the return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund within 7-14 business days. A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Defected / Damaged items:

We double check, and triple check packages before they ship out, but if anything were to happen, we are here to fix it. Please email: love@cliqonu.com with your order number, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 5 business days of delivery. We must receive the returned damaged item within 30 days in order to receive an exchange or refund.
